read moreWe were richly blessed this weekend to attend the 2015 annual banquet of the Children’s Shelter of Cebu (or CSC) at Bethel University in St. Paul. The dinner was fine, but the obvious power of the ministry was striking. There were several stories about lives changed, both by kids who were adopted and by members of the staff and affiliated ministries and partners.
