We were richly blessed this weekend to attend the 2015 annual banquet of the Children’s Shelter of Cebu (or CSC) at Bethel University in St. Paul. The dinner was fine, but the obvious power of the ministry was striking. There were several stories about lives changed, both by kids who were adopted and by members of the staff and affiliated ministries and partners.
Two members of our Board of Elders adopted two daughters from Cebu many years ago and we’ve come to know these young women a bit. They are both truly delightful. We were moved by the stories and led by the Spirit to give to this amazing ministry program.
